We are happy to announce the addition of a new, confidential and free benefit for all employees and their family members, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  This benefit is available immediately.  For those not familiar with an EAP, it’s a program that provides information and resources on a variety of challenges that one may encounter on the job or personally.  Some of these include marriage & family, counseling services, childcare resources, access to a personal assistant and even pet care.  A more comprehensive list may be found at the EAP website, www.theEAP.com.

 

Accessing the site should be easy.  Once at the website, you may select “Employee & Family Login.”  Then press “Register Here.”  You will then be prompted for an employer.  Be sure to use “CapTel” or “CapTel Service Specialists.”  Using CSS will bring up a company not associated with us and will make it difficult to login.  After this step, you’ll create your own username and password for accessing the site.
